Chris is the CEO of Nace Partners and founded the firm in 2015. Over the last two decades, Chris has spent his career building teams and working with leadership at many of the top technology companies. Before starting Nace Partners, Chris was a Practice Leader at a boutique technology search firm based in New York City, where he focused on leadership and engineering roles for venture-backed technology companies.
He lives in Rye, NY, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, golfing, and fishing. Additionally, he is an active angel investor and participates in several volunteer organizations.
Chris Fanning is a Partner at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2017. Before joining Nace Partners, Chris scaled and led recruiting offices at another talent agency in NYC, Chicago, LA, and DC, focused on recruiting and sales.
He lives in Rye, NY, and has a BA in Marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children outside of work, playing golf, and the NY Rangers.
Molly Parsons is a Director at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2018. Before joining Nace Partners, Molly worked in the NYC startup world at Warby Parker and Outdoor Voices, focusing on employee engagement.
She lives in Jersey City and has a BA in Leadership and Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Richmond, where she was also a student-athlete. Outside of work, Molly enjoys running, eating ice cream, and obsessing over her Portuguese Water Dog, Gibson.
Callie is an Associate Director at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2020. Her favorite part of the role is curating relationships with candidates, making it a seamless process for them to find a role catered to their wants and needs.
She lives in Manhattan and has a BA in Communications from St. Lawrence University. Outside work, Callie enjoys exploring new, fun restaurants with friends and family, traveling, and spending time outside - especially at the beach!
Elizabeth is an Associate at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2021. Before joining Nace Partners, Elizabeth was an Account Manager at Epsilon (Publicis Groupe), focusing on client services.
She lives in New York City and has a Bachelor's in Communication from Boston College. Elizabeth enjoys trying new restaurants, playing pickleball, and cooking outside of work.
Mark is a Senior Associate who joined Nace Partners in 2024. Mark's recruiting career began during his college days as the Recruitment Chairman for his fraternity and has been recruiting in tech ever since. He's recruited across Data, Machine Learning, Product, and now specializes in Software Engineering.
He's lived in Rhode Island, NYC, and Connecticut and has a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from University of Rhode Island. He enjoys playing poker, traveling, exercising, and reading outside of work.
Tyler Mase is a Practice Lead at Nace Partners and joined the firm in 2024. Before joining Nace Partners, Tyler built, scaled and led a GTM Recruitment Team & Practice at another firm in NYC.
He lives in Long Valley, NJ and has a BA in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter outside of work, playing golf, and his favorite teams are the Knicks, Yankees, & Minnesota Vikings.
